Upon completion of the test, a certificate of passing will be issued. The certificate and payment of $10 must be received by the Chelan-Douglas Health District within 30 days of testing to obtain a Washington State Food Worker Card. A valid non-expired Food Worker Card must be submitted with the payment for a three year renewal card. Note: The certificate of passing is not a Food Worker Card.
