COVID TESTING SCHEDULED TO RESUME, SOME HEALTH ADVISEMENTS REMAIN

Chelan County, WA – After reviewing the forecasted air quality and weather data, the decision was made to continue with our plans to offer testing sites in Plain, WA tomorrow, Thursday 9/17/2020 and Friday 9/18/2020.

Testing will be held at Station 93, 19015 Beaver Valley Road, Leavenworth, WA 98926 (in Plain, WA) from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Air quality levels are projected to drop to unhealthy for sensitive groups levels (101-150) or lower which means that sensitive groups including people with asthma, respiratory infection, diabetes, lung or heart disease, those who have had a stroke, infants, children, those older than 65, and pregnant women should limit time spent outdoors.

KN-95 masks will be available at the testing site for people in sensitive groups.
