CDHD stands-up a new COVID-19 vaccine site in East Wenatchee

East Wenatchee, WA – Chelan-Douglas Health District (CDHD) will open a new COVID-19 vaccine drive-thru site on Friday, September 3.

CDHD, Lifeline Ambulance and Lake Chelan Health are working in collaboration to offer Chelan and Douglas County residents a new vaccine drive-thru clinic at Lifeline’s current testing location in East Wenatchee.

Beginning Friday, September 3, Lake Chelan Health will administer Pfizer and Moderna vaccines Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The new vaccine drive-thru site will not require pre-registration and walk-ins are welcome! Please note: the vaccine clinic will be closed on Monday, September 6 in observance of Labor Day.

Lifeline currently offers COVID-19 testing Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Visit their website at lifelineambulance.net for pre-registration and testing details.

Due to the increase in COVID-19 cases and the latest State mandates, these efforts are a result of the current surge in COVID-19 vaccines and testing that has put a strain on other testing and vaccination sites in the area.
