East Wenatchee, WA – Due to a decrease in demand for COVID-19 testing, Chelan-Douglas Health District (CDHD) will stand down COVID-19 testing operations at the Town Toyota Center on Thursday, October 27th.
COVID-19 testing will be available at the Town Toyota Center through Thursday, October 27th. Vaccines will be available, by registration only through October 26th. Chelan-Douglas Health District will provide additional opportunities to receive a COVID-19 vaccine or booster. Information will be released as those dates are confirmed.
Anyone who believes they were exposed to COVID-19 (with or without symptoms) can get a COVID-19 at-home test kit. CDHD has partnered with various organizations and community agencies to offer free at-home test kits throughout Chelan and Douglas counties. A detailed list of the various distribution sites is available on CDHD’S website. You can report your COVID-19 self-test results here.
To make it possible for people in isolation or quarantine stay home, Care Connect Washington provides things such as nonperishable food kits, personal care kits and fresh food orders. If you have tested positive for COVID-19 and need food or assistance while you isolate, please call the state COVID-19 information hotline at 1-800-525-0127, then press #.
