East Wenatchee, WA – The Environmental Health Department at Chelan-Douglas Health District (CDHD) is transitioning from the existing permitting and licensing platform to SMARTGOV in the coming weeks.
SMARTGOV is a world-class license and permit management software designed by Brightly and recently acquired by Granicus. SMARTGOV is specially designed to help government agencies easily manage permitting, licensing, code enforcement, and inspections.
The change in platforms will allow the general public to apply and pay online for all of our Environmental Health services. It will enable applicants to track their permits, request inspections online and obtain status updates on their projects at any time.
As we roll out this new platform, our staff is committed to providing instructions and assistance for all new users. The transition to SMARTGOV should not interfere with any existing applications that have been processed.
